Roy P. Mackal
Roy P. Mackal (1925-2013) was most known for his research, adventures and books in Cyrptozoology[1] but he was also a collector of Liberian stamps and postal history, member of the Liberian Philatelic Society and a long time editor/publisher of the Journal of the Liberian Philatelic Society.
